Questions of the week

Don't only rich people have a nanny?

No. Although you may pay a little more upfront for a nanny rather than day care, many families prefer the convenience of having a nanny come into their home for child care. If you have two or more children in the daycare system, you can probably afford a nanny. You also receive child care tax credits and credits as a domestic employer, making it nearly to what you may already be paying now. The benefits include having someone come to your home where you, the parents, communicate with your child's one and only caregiver at your home.(instead of the many classroom aids your child sees in a day), You are in charge of what activities you want your child to be involved with, and your nutritional choices are in your hands with the food you have in the home already. Keep in mind also, your productivity at work can increase as you will not have to leave if your child is sick at daycare, or take off on school holidays.

Why should I bother paying for a service, when I can run a classified ad?

Yes, you can run an ad and screen the many responses. But you get much more from an agency than just running ads for you. Our years of experience in the nanny field should be a benefit to your family from start to finish of the nanny search, and also continuing support throughout the nanny's employment. After helping you narrow down your child care needs, and helping you create realistic expectations of your nanny, we provide you with prescreened candidates that match your family's needs. We also weed out applicants that do not match your needs and qualifications, saving you the time and frustration  of meeting with people who are not right for you. All nannies also attend an orientatin session to provide them information on etiquette working in a home, dressing and speaking in a modest fashion, communication with family members, and professional development resources. Services that are not available when not using a service.
We don't think twice about paying deposits on the cars and homes we put our children in, so it makes sense to pay a small fee for the quality care we want in our children's lives on a daily basis,
Providing qualtiy child care solutions today for your children's happier tomorrow's

*Although it is common to pay a deposit upfront, be careful of agencies charging the whole fee in the beginning. You may feel obligated to select a nanny you do not feel is a perfect match. We accept payment only after you make a selection. If you do not make a selection you owe NO money. There should also be a replacement plan in effect and should be given to you before you pay for the service.
